Location:

Subang Jaya (SS15)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Restaurant Operations

i)Learn and support daily operations in both

Front of House (FOH)

and

Back of House (BOH)

.

ii)Assist in ensuring excellent customer service, food quality, and hygiene standards.

iii)Participate in opening and closing procedures.

2. People & Leadership Development

i)Support staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.

ii)Learn how to lead, motivate, and manage a team.

iii)Assist in maintaining positive staff and guest relations.

3. Business & Administration

i)Assist with sales reporting, daily cash/POS reconciliation, and petty cash management.

ii)Gain exposure to inventory control, procurement, and vendor management.

iii)Ensure proper maintenance of restaurant licenses, contracts, and compliance documents.

iv)Support promotional activities and contribute ideas for business growth.

QUALIFICATIONS:

-Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

-Strong numerical, organizational, and multitasking skills.

-Good communication and coordination abilities.

-Detail-oriented with strong time management skills.

-Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

-Knowledge of food safety and compliance documentation is an advantage.

-Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years' experience in F&B/retail are encouraged to apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
