Job Responsibilities: As a Management Trainee, you will be trained to handle full Bakery/F&B Operations which includes performing front-of-house and back-of-house duties, customer relations, people management, product quality assurance, cost control, and budget planning. Our Management Trainee Programme will train you to become a professional in Bakery/F&B operations and once you mastered the skillset, you will be given management responsibility and further training to prepare you higher management level. 6 months training - Service Crew 3 months training - Supervisor 3 months training - Branch manager Job Requirements:
Degree Holder
Entry level candidates are welcomed to apply
Demonstrates a good CCA track record with excellent leadership skills
Able to work shifts, weekends and public holiday (6 days work week)

Have passion working in the Food & Beverage Industry
Adventurous and able to work under pressure
A mature, intelligent and articulate individual who can relate to and influence people at all levels and possesses excellent and collaboration skills.
