- Assist manager in completing daily tasks and implementing new policies.
- Provide management and administrative support.
- Ensure strong product and all around operational knowledge.
- Attend customer\xe2\x80\x99s needs and queries .
- Handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Ensure to give a wonderful salon experience for each customer and guarantee their satisfaction.
- Coach and develop colleagues to ensure standards are being maintained
- Graduate of Bachelor\'s Degree in Management or Business or any related course.
- Fresh graduates, no experience or entry level are welcome to apply.
- Passionate about being trained in Operations and willingness to learn.
- Strong & effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Well-groomed and professional outlook that best suits our Outlet\xe2\x80\x99s Image.
- Customer-oriented and passionate about serving customers.
- Confident and leader type.
