A newly created Operations Director (F&B) job has just become available at a growing international beverage chain in the country.

About the Operations Director (F&B) Role:
Reporting directly to the Country Manager, in this role, you will be leading, planning, and strategising the activities of the general management in ensuring the business is well-coordinated.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set strategic goals and operational activities, and plan and monitor day-to-day business operations
• Coordinate business sales and operations with direction and structure by optimising internal resources for revenues
• Ensure working practices and monitor external benchmarks. Maintain continuous improvement for the business
• Oversee daily management operations and existing projects by regular evaluation of business efficiency
• Lead an existing operations team to greater heights

To succeed in this Operations Director (F&B) role, a strong background in F&B with more than 100 stores management experience is needed.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years\' proven experience in the F&B industry
• Experience managing a large scale of stores
• Well experienced in staff management; leading, prioritising and managing resources through other business functions in meeting the business goals
• Passionate about business excellence in a cost-effective environment with demonstrated personal drive and resilience
• Mandarin speaking will be an added advantage due to the current upper management\'s cultural dynamics
