About the job Operations Manager (F&B, Retail)

Our client operates Food & Beverage in Thailand and Malaysia. In Thailand. They are one of Thailand\'s fastest growing F&B companies with more than 95 branches across Thailand in 7 years and are launching their retail outlets in Malaysia in 2023.

Operations
- Operate and oversee food retail operations for KL-wide network (target to reach 5 stores in Year 1)
- Define and drive service excellence in food retail operations to ensure that operations meet internal and external customer satisfaction

Supply Chain
- Manage supply chain (essential supply planning, procurement & logistics) and collaborate with the international team to ensure end-to-end seamless operations

Management
- Oversee and manage all financial aspects of the business so that it meets the company\'s target (store sales and overall operations)
- Lead projects necessary in order to meet the company\'s goals.

- Other duties to be assigned as needed

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE
  • 4-7 years of experience running an Operations team in Retail, Food or Hospitality
  • Self-driven, accountable and passionate for results
  • Resourceful, energetic and eager to drive impact
  • Adaptive, innovative and agile
  • Growth mindset with a shared vision to grow the company
  • Strong business acumen with adept problem-solving skills
  • Inclusive team player in an empowered start-up environment
  • Strong communication skills in BM and English
  • Proficient analytical skills for financial and operational analyses
  • Proficient in Microsoft office (PowerPoint, excel, outlook)
  • Travel within Malaysia especially Klang Valley\xef\xbb\xbf
