A new International Operations Head (F&B) job has just become available at one of the reputable F&B companies in the country.

About the International Operations Head (F&B) Role:
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead, plan, and strategise the activities of the general management, ensuring the business is well coordinated.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set strategic goals and operational activities, and plan and monitor day-to-day business operations for their international stores mainly Philippines
• Coordinate business sales and operations with direction and structure by optimising internal resources for revenues
• Ensure working practices and monitor external benchmarks. Maintain continuous improvement for the business
• Oversee daily management operations and existing projects by regular evaluation of business efficiency

To succeed in this International Operations Head (F&B) role, a strong background in F&B experience is needed and the successful applicant must be willing to travel internationally frequently.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years\' proven operation experience in the F&B industry
• Experience in overseas store operations is an added advantage
• Well experienced in staff management; leading, prioritising and managing resources through other business functions in meeting the business goals
• Passionate about business excellence in a cost-effective environment with demonstrated personal drive and resilience
