Financial Planner - Management Trainee (36 Months Manager Development Program)
- SPM or higher academic in any fields
- Can speak in English & Mandarin
- Must possess own transport
- Good attitude and responsible character
- No experience required, but sales experience or management experience in any field will be added advantage
- Desire to promote to management level
- Planning & implementation of insurance and investment for client
- Calling potential clients to expand their customer base
- Interview prospective clients to get data about their financial resources and discuss existing coverage
- Analyze clients current insurance policies and suggest additions or changes
- Recruit and expand a team
- Lead the team to achieve common goal
- 36 months on job training and coaching program to train you from a Financial Planner to a Manager
- RM3,000 - RM9,000 (Basic) + Commission
