Job Summary

The Management Trainee program is designed to develop individuals with prior hospitality experience into future leaders. Through departmental rotations, trainees will gain hands-on exposure to operations, understand cross-functional responsibilities, and enhance their leadership capabilities to prepare for management positions.

Key Responsibilities

Undergo departmental rotations to learn daily operations, systems, and procedures. Support department teams in delivering excellent guest service and operational efficiency. Assist in administrative tasks, reporting, and special assignments. Apply and uphold company standards, policies, and SOPs in all work areas. Shadow supervisors and managers to understand leadership and decision-making responsibilities. Attend training sessions, workshops, and performance evaluations. Identify opportunities to improve service quality and operational effectiveness. Perform other duties or projects assigned by management.

Qualifications & Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of working experience in hotel operations/service.

Strong interest in pursuing a career in hotel management. Solid understanding of guest service standards and operational workflows. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn across departments. Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
