Understand clients' business priorities, identify challenges, and propose recruitment solutions that meet their specific needs. Manage client accounts with increasing responsibility, engaging with decision-makers to define success criteria and address pain points. Engage with decision-makers, map out pain points, define success criteria, and manage the full business development cycle-from proposal, follow-up, negotiation to closing. Phase 2: Taking Ownership and Driving Impact Step into the role of a Business Development Manager by taking ownership of client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and securing repeat business and referrals. Make informed decisions to improve client engagement and align business development efforts with company growth goals. Learn to think like a business owner by understanding how the organization operates, aligning with key priorities, and connecting different functions to drive results based on profit and loss and organization strategies. Strengthen leadership and influence through best-practice sharing and team alignment toward common objectives.
