Job Opportunity at Matahari Supermarket - Management Trainee (Retail Operations)

Requirements:
Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Higher Diploma in any discipline from a recognized local or international university.
No prior work experience is required.
Must be willing to work on the retail floor in a supermarket environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Successful candidates will undergo comprehensive training to lead and manage a department within a branch of Matahari Supermarket.
Training will cover essential knowledge, skills, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including product knowledge, merchandise display, stock ordering and inventory control, manpower planning, and team supervision.
Upon successful completion of the probation period, candidates will be appointed as Assistant Supervisor or Supervisor of a department at a Matahari branch nearest to their residence.
