Support the day-to-day aspects of running the outlet to continuously build the outlet performance
Impart interpersonal skills to guide the team toward customer centric service
Organise and monitor merchandising at respective stations to deliver impact results
Continuous learning and sharing with the team on product knowledge
Lead and guide team to improve the value per basket sales
Be trained and be dependable to negotiate and manage the buy-in of used items
Practice and execute the rules, policies and code of conduct
Execute the scopes as tasked including any ad-hoc requirements
Demonstrate by example and motivate the team toward performance objectives
You should possess leadership skills to capitalize on team bonding, generate consistent customer care objectives and keep aligned to the outlet performance budgets.
Requirements & Competencies:
Quick to learn during the training phase and adopt the functional requirements in a fast-paced environment
Known to be responsible, reliable, passionate for results
Competent in logic-thinking, problem-solving, task priorities, communication and interpersonal skills in diverse situations
Previously exposed in Retail sales performance with team management role
Foster the value of customer experience with the team
Prepared to work retail hours following rostered schedules
Physically fit and in good health to meet the physical demands of the job functions
