Support and lead the deployment of HR projects and initiatives in alignment with APMEA HR priorities and business needs. Design project plans, track key project milestones, and communicate status updates to stakeholders and management. Develop and maintain project trackers, workflows, and documentation to ensure visibility of progress. Ensure consistent, high-quality HR service delivery for assigned areas of responsibility. Influence and engage internal stakeholders across multiple countries in HR and business areas. Partner with regional and country HR teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure project alignment and smooth delivery. Prepare and deliver communications, presentations, and stakeholder updates to support projects. Demonstrate resourcefulness in using creative tools with PowerPoint as a must-have skill, to design posters, toolkits, infographics, and impactful presentations for HR campaigns and employee engagement.
