Strategic Sourcing

• Develop commodity strategies for local site to support Operations and Procurement Management on Indirect Material Procurement
• Work with various business stakeholders\' groups to identify and qualify new or existing capable suppliers, initiate requests for proposals/ quotations (RFPs/RFQs), advise stakeholders with respect supplier evaluation, selection, contract terms and conditions
• Conduct Analysis on total costs, assist business functions with ROI analysis, price and rate benchmarking and negotiate favourable business terms to leverage company purchasing power
• Support Production and Operation Teams to achieve KPIs and Company Goals

Category Management

• Develop, refine and implement category strategies and tactics that enable the procurement of Indirect Material products and services at the highest value benefit to the company
• Be the subject matter expert on Indirect Material categories/ commodities for internal clients on industry trends, benchmarking, and best practices
• Manage various business functions on compliance to procurement processes, supplier strategy, and procurement policies
• Management Reporting

Supplier Management

• Manage supplier relationships with focus on supply risk management, contract risk management and cost management
• Lead in supplier performance reviews to review performance and support improvement programs
• Supply Chain Risk Management, Single Source Elimination/Mitigation, Business Continuity Improvement
• Supplier assessments and warrant supplier capability of meeting company quality and technology expectations
• Cost Improvement Initiative with internal stakeholders and suppliers

Compliance

• User Management on Company Policies and Procedures Compliance
• Responsible for SOX, RBA and IMS (ISO9001, ISO45001, ISO22301, ISO14001) Trade and Ethics policy compliances
• Supplier compliance on Environment, Health & Safety
• Adhere and enforce Ethic Compliances, Company procedures and standard compliance

Contract Management

• Evaluate processes and recommend improvements to standardize lifecycle contract and sourcing processes and systems
• Ensure pricing & deliverables as negotiated are included in the contract; coordinate comparison of proposals and final contract terms
• Lead negotiations on Procurement agreements, including, but not limited to, Master Agreements, Statements of Work, Change Orders balancing business deliverables, legal interests and pricing
• Contract execution & retention

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree required with 5+ years of working experience in category management and/or strategic sourcing of Indirect Material or related commodities
• Degree in business or engineering preferred
• Demonstrated skills in negotiating and formulating marketing contracts, understanding cost models and various price structures, management of contractual, project management, basic commercial & IP laws, good analytical and logical thinking
• Ability to work well in a high-pace dynamic environment, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and result oriented
• Working experience in ERP (SAP/ Oracle etc)
• Negotiation / Vendor Management / Interpersonal Skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Team, etc
• Communicate well in English both in verbal and written form
• Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills required
• Excellent team facilitation and presentation skills required
• Ability to present to all level of management / stakeholders and articulate strategies and performance metrics
