Responsible to assist the HOD to review and/or draft all Agency Support-related communication, liaison with Customer Care and Agency Growth for the assignment of a new servicing agent, and contribute to the execution of the Agency Governance portfolio.PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Review and vet thru all Agency Support-related communication:

  • Agency Circulars / Agency Instructions \xe2\x80\x93 to communicate guidelines, Support-related processes change, business rules etc. to agency force
  • Correspondence via emails to agency force (from agency movement, agency compensation, Transfer/Replacement of Policy, Agency Governance etc.)
  • Letters to agency force (for eg. movement-related (promotion, termination, Deceased/Retired/TPD etc., targeted business initiatives etc.)
  • Support other Agency communication as required by Communications team and Chief Agency Officer
2. Facilitate and contribute to the following Governance operations:
  • Agency Disciplinary process (attend interviews, ADC meeting).
  • Onboarding screening: Reply to reference checks and due diligence on new agent applications.
  • Governance operations: Welcome calls/surveys monitoring, Agent conduct monitoring, Review of customer fact find forms, enforcement of Social media guidelines etc.
3. Operational support role and liaison with Customer Care and Agency Growth:
  • Review the current process of assignment of servicing agent and recommend changes (where appropriate) to better-facilitate the process and shorten the TAT.
  • Work closely with Customer Care and Agency Growth team in the resolution of assignment of new servicing agent.
  • Liaison on operational matters impacting agency
  • Handling new business clearance
JOB SPECIFICATION:a. Qualifications
  • Degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Risk & Compliance
b. Experience
  • At least 3 years of working experience as Risk & Compliance Officer in Financial Institutions
  • Preferably candidates who possess insurance knowledge.
c. Knowledge
  • Good work ethics. Able to work independently, resourceful and can be relied to follow up and complete tasks.
  • Proficient in English, strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Meticulous and able to perform well under pressure.
