Job Description

:

• Lead and manage data architecture roadmap and implementation plans that aligns and contributes to federated enterprise architecture; manage data architecture model positioning as corner stone for data management and operation enhancement and improvement management to support Upstream aspiration in achieving Reinventing target.
• Lead and manage data architecture model planning to support operationalization of PETRONAS Data Framework and PETRONAS Data Governance Operating Model to enable and support effort in safeguarding Data as An Asset.
• Lead and manage data architecture models compliance to overall Enterprise Architecture standards and guidelines to ensure fit for consumption and enable operationalization of PETRONAS Data Framework and PETRONAS Data Governance Operating Model.
• Lead and manage data architecture stewardship by aligning and coordinating key stakeholders to co-develop data architecture models that is holistic and in-depth representation of data landscape

• Lead and manage data architecture model delivery by developing baseline data architecture through curated artefacts and recommend target improvised data architecture as blueprint for transformation; manage gap and risk analysis between baseline and target architectures models to form improvement opportunities.
• Lead and manage data architecture continuous improvement through embedment of plan, do, check, act methodology to periodically assess architecture models, data management requirements and enhancement opportunities to form improvement initiatives in ensuring sustainable data architecture model and enabling long term aspiration.
• Lead and maintain data architecture models to ensure up-to-date reflection of the current data landscape and future improvement targets; manage continuous artefacts discovery and feedback from data stewards to ensure operational excellence.

Qualification:

• Degree in Engineering / Business Management / Economic.

Requirement:

• 10-15 years' experience in oil and gas exploration, development and production activities oil and gas exploration, development and production activities.
