Job Description

:

Source, select, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure product quality, reliability, and service standards--while securing the most cost-effective pricing. Qualify and evaluate new suppliers to drive cost savings and improve value across the supply chain. Analyze purchasing data and trends to identify cost-reduction and improvement opportunities. Develop and implement purchasing strategies to improve cost efficiency and ensure timely delivery of goods/services. Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with suppliers to ensure consistent performance and issue resolution. Evaluate vendor performance in terms of quality, pricing, delivery timelines, and compliance with company standards. Coordinate with production planning teams to align material procurement with demand forecasts, maintaining optimal inventory levels. Oversee import/export operations, including logistics coordination and customs documentation, ensuring full regulatory compliance. Ensure adherence to customs regulations, including proper handling of duties, sales tax, and applicable exemptions. Prepare and process purchase orders, contracts, and related documentation, following internal policies and procedures from requisition to settlement. Manage nonconforming materials by coordinating timely returns and replacements with vendors. Maintain accurate records of all purchasing activities, including costs, delivery schedules, and inventory levels. Perform other related duties assigned by management from time to time within the stipulated dateline.

Job requirement:

Possess minimum Diploma qualification or its equivalent. Minimum 3 years related working experience. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and meeting deadlines. Knowledge of MS Office Applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point) Proficiency in Mandarin language is a must.

Salary is negotiable and will be commensurate with experience.
