Attend to guests/clients on arrival and departure to ensure continues experience carried out by all CS.
To keep track of daily flights operating in and out of WMSA to upsell and engage with Ground Handlers to promote SBAC\xe2\x80\x99s products and services.
Improve commercial airline\xe2\x80\x99s customer experience, continuously engage with airlines to facilitate and growth in revenue.
Promoting and securing A&P revenue for SBAC by capitalizing and optimizing all print and digital ads space within SBAC facility.
Develop services, products, procedures, policies and standards for SBAC with SOP, guidelines and manuals for reference by all CS.
Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions. Analyze statistics and compile accurate records of customers\xe2\x80\x99 feedback.
Recruit and develop CS and continuously upskill staffs by encouragement and empowerment and ensuring the right capacity and capability to serve all customers.
To ensure CS are following daily task and requirements including assigning staff into other business units if required.
Control in cost, resources and utilise assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets, ensuring that the facilities in the SBAC are well maintained.
Improve sales volume by means of up-to-date marketing, menus, festivals and special food and beverage promotions. Including the task to oversee Social Media activities with daily postings and Air Cargo development to support SBAC revenue.
Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
Requirements
SPM, Degree in communications, Business Administration
8 years of experience in providing customer service support
Proficiency in English
Strong client facing and communication skills
Customer service orientation/Interest and enjoyment in working with people
