About the Department

The Finance and Corporate Services function manages the financial and administrative needs of the Group to help achieve its business goals.

Group Finance

We support enhanced decision-making to achieve optimal and sustainable financial outcomes for our shareholders. We are responsible for providing insights into the performance of the Group through financial, regulatory and performance reporting of the Group.

Job Responsibilities

Must have experience in litigation and foreclosure proceeding and ensure all legal actions are up to date.

Knowledgeable in SJPP/CGC claim process.

To negotiate, persuade and convince customer to pay i.e. quick thinker with quick answers(versatile) when customers try to evade payment.

To assess how genuine a customer\'s reason for non payment and propose a solution with alternative options i.e. refinancing, reschedule & restructuring.

Must be alert to detect pattern behavior of customer when on the job in order to make the appropriate recommendation to curb bank\'s losses

To assist Front end to call Pre-NPL account if necessary.

Inquisitive and analytical mind to provide feedback for planning future credit and marketing strategies

Must be alert & play a role to reduce cost per recovery
