To actively monitor Pre-NPL / Watch list / High-Risk accounts with the aim of regularizing the account conduct through restructuring / rescheduling of banking facilities or exiting the relationship to prevent / minimize potential loses.
To check through the credit applications proposals and credit requests prepared by ARMs/AROs prior to submission to Regional Manager and CED.
To ensure ARMs/AROs are prompt in submitting credit applications reviews to minimize delinquency of accounts.
To ensure timely submission of various periodic reports to Regional Office / Head Office (Monthly : business centre's performance, marketing calls / new prospects, overdue CA, high risk accounts, star clients' utilization, Service Quality Index (SQI), Key Result Area (KRA) Performance; Quarterly : Watch List Report).
