This includes formulating recommendations and requirements for customer action while capturing the actionable item as an opportunity for the CRE.Able to comprehend and articulate complex real estate concepts ensuring a sound understanding of client\xe2\x80\x99s financing needs for more effective and tailored solutions;To provide reviews and support to RMs in their preparation and analysis of cash flows and repayment risks by identifying the project risks and characteristics unique to the industry;To assist RMs in structuring the facilities including amount and security arrangement for the proposed facilities;To support BCs and RMs in their meetings with customers/potential leads and in field visits to ascertain project feasibility/readiness and subsequently perform site visits to the project site / attending site meetings to observe the project progress and ensure that it is within the stipulated period for successful delivery and completion;To preserve the asset quality of the Bank at all times;To conduct consultation with customers and other relevant stakeholders in accordance with relevant policies, framework and guidelines established within the CRE risk appetite framework of the bank;Implement sustainable and environmentally responsible practices in the CRE strategy that aligns with the Bank\'s values.
