If you are looking to excel and make a difference, take a closer look at us a) Application Support Lead - Loan Origination System Manages and supervises the support staff to provide effective and timely day-to-day business application support, advice, guidance and diagnosis and timely problem resolution Work with different level of application support : oLevel 1 : First Line Support (Support staffs in different divisions) oLevel 2 : Technical Support (Internal ITSME) oLevel 3 : Expert Support (vendor) oLevel 4 : Third-Party Support (Others system integrated) Identifying and troubleshooting application issues and issues resolution or escalation. Liaise with IT SME to find out the root cause of the system integration issues. Third party system ie. Core banking system, Credit evaluation system, Experian Reports, CCRIS submission, etc). Set the goals, incident management, SLA and targets for the support team, monitor team performance and ensure the team is providing excellent customer service and addressing users\' issues in a timely and efficient manner. The users cover the Business & Corporate Banking (BCB) business users, Wholesales Credit Division (WCD) and Wholesales Credit Operation (WCD) from the 3 divisions. Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures (SOP). Prepared the FAQ, training material, document for the users. Provide the nation-wide application system workshop, refresher and training to business users. Conduct the training for the new on-boarding users quarterly. b) Business Application Enhancement / Change Request Determine problems that users have with an application, then design and develop solutions to those issues. Review the reports of bugs or problems, create a plan to address those issues and work with the project and support teams to prepare the test scenario for UAT and regression test and implement the plan. Configuration Management, Change management, Release management.Work with product owner & vendor to study the configuration or setup of the parameter / template impacted or any system enhancement required for any new program lending / scheme / product / facility. Liaise with users and vendors to gather the User Requirement Specification (URS) / Feasibility Study Design (FSD) for sign off c) Application Audit and BNM CCRIS issues Work with regulatory team on the BNM CCRIS submission queries and data justification Checking the audit finding request against the loan origination system Monitor or tracking for the system audit action plan required for the rectification of the impacted cases and system change request to improve the process flow and mitigate the issues recurring in future. d) Participation in Bankwide Project initiative impacted business Coordinate internallywith other BCB business unitsfor all the project requirements.Tasks include preparation of memo for management sign off and obtaining data from MIS for analysis and reporting Involved in the UAT if requiredand perform information update in system
