Manages Business Development and Sales Opportunities for Rizing EAM in the APAC region, responsible for identifying and developing new opportunities for Rizing EAM?s services and products, fostering relationships with clients, partners and SAP, providing strategic input into APAC?s business plans and direction, to grow our demand generation capability and account management activities with some key clients in APAC. Essential Functions: ? Leads and manages Business Development activities and opportunities in APAC ? Carries out Business Development activities using market knowledge / intelligence and enlists support from the APAC Business and Rizing globally to ensure optimum results ? Ensures the standard Sales and Business Development processes and systems are understood and being followed across APAC and in collaboration with the VP for the APAC EAM business ? Manages the APAC data and information for EAM in the CRM system and assures its timeliness, quality and accuracy ? Collaborates with Global Business Development (GBD) and coordinates GBD activities in APAC to meet any requests that cannot be met locally ? Provides input into Key Performance Indicators and proactive Lead Indicators to ensure Business Development effectiveness and efficiency within APAC ? Connects through peers with Business Development activities and Projects throughout Rizing globally to accelerate and improve APAC?s pursuits in the market ? Supports the APAC Leadership team to connect with and form effective relationships with SAP, SI?s, Partners and other organizations. ? Supports Rizing APAC to present, display and network at Conferences and Marketing Events ? Works within the APAC business development team to identify and develop plans for strategic opportunities within Rizing APAC and globally ? Provides market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate product development ideas. ? Performs other duties as assigned.
