Job Description

:Responsibilities

• Support the development of commercial proposals and negotiations that include formulating the required position papers, examining and contextualizing macro-economic risks for all projects as well as providing economic and income analysis for Finance and project committees to ensure that appropriate mandates are provided, commercial viability are determined, and risks mitigated.
• Support the evaluation of project bankability and the financing structure that includes collaboration and facilitation for the origination of projects, working with consultants, and any other preparation required to materialize projects with various stakeholders.
• Conduct market research/analysis to gain insights on market opportunities, threats, client priorities, and competitive landscape and to formulate short and long-term strategies to improve business and project commercial performance efficiently and effectively.
• Provide own area of expertise for business write-ups and/or reviewing business proposal materials/board letters/presentations, in collaboration with business development and project teams, to meet and ensure clients\' requirements and expectations.
• Facilitate the development and implementation of business strategic initiatives and plans towards achieving successful delivery of project management and revenue accountability for the business\' sustainable performance and growth. Support in the monitoring of business performance (KPIs) and tracking of short- and long-term goals to provide timely information, proactive analysis, and suitable recommendations for management decision-making to enhance overall business performance.
• Support all digitalization and IT efforts/initiatives which includes recommendations on workflows, data science, and employee training opportunities to improve the client experience.
• Support the continuous improvement initiatives in meeting strategic goals, self-initiated initiatives, and initiatives committed by the Head of Business Excellence on improvement projects as part of solutions to clients to enhance effectiveness in service delivery and optimize resources. Require managing and facilitating internal and external support to execute initiatives.
• Support all Corporate initiatives that include providing training/coaching, setting up new business entities, or contractual review with Legal in line with the company\'s strategy to enhance the company\'s value and long-term sustainability.

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree with a total of 7 to 10 years of working experience.
• Strong experience and solid knowledge in Corporate Planning / Strategy / Business Development / Project Development and Financing are necessary.
• Strategic vision and strong analytical skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and lead others without formal authority while maintaining effective work relationships.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to drive change & lead key strategic projects.
