Our opportunity for you:

Job Title : Manager, Client Accounting (Payroll)

Location : Malaysia - BPO

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead a team. Provide guidance and effective coaching to the team.
  • Process Improvement - continuous review of processes with the aim to improve quality and timeliness of reporting.
  • Responsible for reconciling payroll data with the payroll system.
  • Review all payroll reports, including CPF, SDL, FWL , IR21 and IRAS-related deductions as required by the relevant authorities.
  • Keep updated with Singapore labour law, statutory contributions, foreign workers\' levy, benefit and tax filings and other payroll related fillings with statutory boards.
  • Conduct proper payroll and benefits tax declarations of all employees to Inland Revenue, including completion of IR21.
  • Liaising with business units within the Group on payroll processing matters.
  • Attending to clients\' queries for all payroll related matters.

  • Supporting the company\'s goals and directions.
Special Skills
  • In-depth processing knowledge of payrolls and Singapore statutory compliance knowledge, such as benefits, tax declaration and related government claims submission such as Childcare leave, grants, national service claims etc.
Education/Professional Qualifications:
  • Advanced Diploma/Degree in Business/Accounting or Human Resource related
Relevant Experience
  • Minimum 5 years relevant working experience.
Computer Skills
  • Knowledge of Infotech is desired.
Languages
  • Good and fluency of both spoken and written in English
