Create a clear and concise plan to both execute the project and monitor its progress making adjustments along the way as needed before the project reaches its final stages. Minimize uncertainty, avoid any unwanted surprises and involve users/business units in the project as much as is reasonably possible. Maintain effective communication and keep the project team and senior management up-to-date. Managing reports and necessary documentation - to maintain and present comprehensive reports documenting that all project requirements were fulfilled, as well as the projects' history, including what was done, who was involved, and learnings. Analyzing and managing project risk - meticulously and almost intuitively, identify and evaluate potential risks before the project begins to then avoid risks or at least minimize their impact. To keep projects within its set budget, frequently review the budget and plan ahead to avoid massive budget overruns. To monitor and analyze both expenditures and team performance and to always efficiently take corrective measures. Manage the timeline and minimize the risk of projects assigned. Organizing and motivating project teams. Develop clear, straightforward plans that stimulate the teams to reach their full potential. Job Requirements Degree in Business Administration / Commerce / Finance or any related field. Minimum of 1-2 years of project management experience, preferably worked in financial institutions before Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing, through all levels of the organization
