We are looking for someone IN-HOUSE We are looking for a Digital Content & Graphics Specialist (PPC, social media and Search Engine Optimization). We are looking for someone who has the creative mind and skill set to help us:

• Research & Create Campaigns (Graphic & Content)
• Execute on social / digital marketing platform &
• Manage SEO and PPC platforms.
• It would be great and BIG plus if you had all the skills but not 100% required.
• Just have the right attitude and want to learn, be a team player and help us execute!

As the SEO Specialist will be responsible for managing all SEO activities such as keyword strategy, content strategy and link building to increase organic search rankings and drive search traffic from Google, Bing, Yahoo and other search engines. A successful SEO specialist must keep up-to-date with the latest industry best practices and work closely with editorial and marketing teams to develop a successful organic search strategy. RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Create Content via blogs, video and photo
• Be able to edit images and video for social
• Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine optimization
• Perform ongoing keyword research and discovery, expansion and optimization Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations on the website
• Research and analyze competitor content and links
• Develop and implement link building strategy
• Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code
• Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content strategy and creation
• Work closely with social media team to align social distribution and SEO efforts
• Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords

A Content Manager\xe2\x80\x99s main duty is to maintain the company\xe2\x80\x99s web content and ensure that the website is updated regularly with relevant and exciting material. Apart from this, they should also be able to perform the following daily functions:

• Leading a team of writers and overseeing content creation for the company\xe2\x80\x99s website
• Researching and sourcing content for the company\xe2\x80\x99s website
• Targeting a specific set of keywords for all the articles written and published
• Monitoring the competition\xe2\x80\x99s online activities
• Writing, editing and publishing SEO content pieces
• Repurposing content to fit the publishing media, video production or social media
• Working closely with the company\xe2\x80\x99s marketing team to devise online marketing strategies
• Updating content to ensure that its current

SKILLS :

• Track record of success growing organic search traffic and conversions
• Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO, PPC and inbound marketing
• In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google ADS suite, Net Insight, Omniture, Web Trends)
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
• Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Vignette)
