Job Description

Responsibilities:

• To establish and maintain excellent working relationship with higher level government agencies.
• Coordinate and ensuring approval for Regional Value -Added Cost Analysis Approval for MITI and ultimately securing Form D/E for export business.
• To manage and coordinate for New Vehicle Model approval from the related governmental agencies (Model Approval, IAF, MSP, OMV etc.) \xe2\x80\x93 MITI, MIDA, MOF and CUSTOMS.
• Strategize in maximizing incentive approval for Local Part Incentive Program.
• To obtain maximum approval for import duty and sales tax exemption from for components, spare parts, sample parts and machinery.
• Ensuring maximum approval for duty and tax drawback from Custom.
• Managing the status of the trademark from Malaysia Intellectual Property Corporation
• Project Steering Committee member to anticipate and advice for the application of import duty and sales tax exemption from MIDA for purchase of new R&D, sample parts, equipment and wear-tear equipment.
• To advise and assist Contract Assemblers at the Plant to obtain government approvals for CKD operation.
• Government Liaison and Protocol Officer.
• To produce graphical and summary of Monthly Sales and Production Report relevant to the company and Contract Assemblers classification and segment in Malaysian market for products segmentation.
• Managing After Sales customer complaints and forward the issues to all related Customers for further action, follow up on the issues and tabulate the statistical figures

Requirements:

• Basic degree in Management/Business Administration / Economics / Communication with minimum of 8 years in related working experience or Advance Diploma with minimum of 10 years in Corporate.
