Job Description

Job Purpose



To plan, develop, and implement effective communication strategies that enhance the university's image, reputation, and engagement with internal and external stakeholders. The role involves overseeing media relations, branding, public relations, corporate publications, and digital communication platforms.

1. Strategic Communication & Branding



Develop and implement comprehensive communication and branding strategies aligned with the university's mission and vision. Manage the university's corporate identity, ensuring consistent use of logos, colours, and messaging across all materials. Support senior management in crafting key messages, speeches, and official statements.

2. Media Relations & Public Affairs



Build and maintain strong relationships with media representatives, journalists, and external agencies. Manage media inquiries, press releases, and media events to promote university initiatives and achievements. Monitor media coverage and prepare media analysis reports for management.

3. Digital & Social Media Management



Supervise the university's social media presence and ensure content aligns with communication strategies. Work closely with the digital team to monitor analytics and audience engagement metrics.

4. Publications & Events



Oversee the production of corporate materials (annual reports, newsletters, brochures, videos, etc.). Coordinate public relations events, media conferences, and university-wide promotional activities.
