Job Responsibilities

To implement and monitor legal action undertaken by MBSB\xe2\x80\x99s solicitor;
To attend to all matters pertaining to legal issues/action/proceedings;
To work closely and effectively with solicitors and Legal Advisory in drafting the settlement/restructuring agreements in accordance to the terms and conditions as approved by the authorities;
Responsible to ensure that all litigation and enforcement to be taken in timely manner and in best way basis.
Responsible to ensure that all information for the purpose of internal/external reporting as requested by Head of Unit and Division is accurate.
Responsible to ensure that an updated status report for all litigation and enforcement actions is continuously available.
