is looking to recruit a Manager, CRM.

The role of CRM within Sephora SEA is to understand our customer, and hence engage them more effectively to build and retain strong customer relationships. The Manager, CRM will be responsible for defining (together with the regional team) and implementing the CRM strategy for Malaysia in order to achieve CRM KPIs relating to the health and value of our customer base.

The successful candidate will be extremely data-driven, with the ability to conduct analysis and translate it into commercial action and success. Strong communication skills will be essential to ensure a strong customer-focused culture. You will have a direct report to help with the execution of CRM activities, and must be able to work cross-functionally to best utilize direct and indirect marketing channels along with our loyalty program and category teams.

In addition to local reporting lines to the Head of Marketing you will be supported by the regional CRM centre of excellence, from whom you will receive advanced analytical support and strategy.

-Building the 360\xc2\xb0 CRM action plan (offers, sequence of communications, targeting, channels of contact) to achieve customer retention and loyalty KPIs. Using data analytics and Test & Learn methodology (A/B testing) to optimize targeting and campaign performance (offers, sequence of communications, segmentation targeting, and channels of contact).
-Partnering with other marketing functions such as E-Commerce, Social Media & Influencer Marketing, Animation & Brand Planning to develop integrated CRM plan and work closely with the regional Customer Insight team to understand customers\xe2\x80\x99 behaviour and set up consistent action plans.
-Managing the budget of CRM and loyalty activities.
-Managing member acquisition and retention campaigns including campaign design, communication and measurement of objectives, costs, external vendors management, tools & technology, data and process initiatives to improve our ability to understand and engage the customer.
-Defining customer loyalty strategies on an ongoing basis to consistently increase engagement and maximize customer lifetime value (multi- channels, personalization, Gold member\xe2\x80\x99s exclusive offers, loyalty events).
-Ensure that there is a steady supply of attractive rewards, gifts and product samples in the pipeline through coordination with the merchandising team.
-Train & motivate stores in partnership with the store team, to meet goals and maintain a high level of quality in terms of customer\xe2\x80\x99s relationship including retention, reactivation and new customer recruitment.
-Be accountable to deliver insights and CRM KPIs for the country to the regional team.

Required Skills:

-You are proficient in SQL and relational database.
-You have strong commercial acumen, preferably with retail and e-commerce experience.
-You have the ability to communicate complex ideas with clarity for stakeholders at all levels.
-You have strong presentation and consulting skills.
-You have a working knowledge of digital marketing technologies.
