Responsibilities:

• Technical and functional implementation of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and DMS (Document Management System) for Development, Testing, Production and DR environment,
• Discuss project requirements with team, identify works required, and assign resources to tasks.
• Understand & analyze problem or project situations, provide direction for team to resolve / mitigate the situation.
• Cooperative with other team to resolve systems or project related matters.
• Resolve conflict between team members on work related issues.
• Check for project progress and anticipate issues arising during development for decision and correction.
• Interact with business to gather requirements, prioritize work, develop enhancements to the existing system, coordinate testing, and perform change management/training for CRM & DMS applications.
• Clarify unclear project related items with project sponsors & users, and provide opinions and suggestions to conclude a decision for team to work on.
• Attend project initiation meeting to understand and study project feasibility, and prepare project charter under PMO guideline.
• Escalate case / request for higher management\xe2\x80\x99s decision if couldn\xe2\x80\x99t resolve the problem.
• Collaborate with other teams for support, or advice to expedite the success of the project.
• Take charge of whole development life cycle and report to Head of CRM/DW.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Min. 3 years related Project Management experience in IT industry.
• At least 5 years of experience related to Customer Relation Management and Document Management System Application design and implementation.
• End-to-end project management of Enterprise CRM concept and DMS is an added advantage.
• 3 years working experience in SQL and .NET (VB) programming.
• Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Able to work in a multi-project, deadline driven environment; and possess exceptional verbal and written communications skills to interact effectively with project team, customers and other IT Team
