Job Description

The successful candidate will provide leadership to our strategic initiatives to enable our business with the required insights from data that drive sales, profitability, productivity, and competitiveness.

• Develop analytical capabilities and machine learning predictive models on business behaviour cutting across Marketing, Operations, Human Capital and Risk to drive business decisions and impact.
• Increase the marketing ROI and lower the cost of acquisition by developing propensity models.
• Proactively look for new innovative ways to better understand our business needs to drive actionable insights.
• Provide data and regular reports to the business teams to enhance current strategy to meet business objectives.
• Develop, manage and continuously improve the performance dashboards and look for opportunities to improve efficiency across the business through new interactive deep dive dashboards.
• Oversee the deployment of data to the data warehouse and continuously update and enhance it to keep up with changing business needs.

Add value to large business\'s key decision making using analytic platform|Covers huge complex flow of data set from various sources

• Bachelor\'s degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, engineering, or an applicable.
• Minimum 8 years experience in data analytics especially covering technical aspects such as data engineering/data science, 2 years experience in business strategic roles.
• Good hands-on experience working on data architecture projects, with artificial intelligence and machine learning exposure.
• Experience working on cloud technologies (either AWS, GCP or Azure).
• Retail, Pharma or FMCG experience is a plus to have.
