Role Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 Individual contributor

\xc2\xb7 Lead and manage digital customer touchpoints on the digital banking channels to engage customers

\xc2\xb7 Manage projects, change requests and roadmap prioritisation for digital channels

\xc2\xb7 Perform UAT / UVT for releases on digital channels

\xc2\xb7 Day-to-day channel management eg call centre & branches enquiries, follow-up & resolution

\xc2\xb7 Drive and implement fraud awareness and digital banking adoption communications

\xc2\xb7 Ensure timely regulatory reporting and notifications

\xc2\xb7 Adhere to the group process for vendor management and payments

Strategy*

Awareness and understanding of the Group\xe2\x80\x99s business strategy and model appropriate to the role

Business*

Awareness and understanding of the wider business, economic and market environment in which the Group operates

Processes*

Responsible for executing and supervising the vendor management, invoice payments, regulatory reporting and project implementation processes

People & Talent *

Engage various stakeholders employing appropriate culture and values. Ensure ongoing self-learning and development and enrol in applicable training/learning sessions for upskilling.

Risk Management*

The ability to interpret the Group\xe2\x80\x99s risk management framework, identify key issues based on this information and put in place appropriate controls and measures

Governance *

Awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework, in which the Group operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role.

Regulatory & Business Conduct *
