Role Responsibilities . Individual contributor . Lead and manage digital customer touchpoints on the digital banking channels to engage customers . Manage projects, change requests and roadmap prioritisation for digital channels . Perform UAT / UVT for releases on digital channels . Day-to-day channel management eg call centre & branches enquiries, follow-up & resolution . Drive and implement fraud awareness and digital banking adoption communications . Ensure timely regulatory reporting and notifications . Adhere to the group process for vendor management and payments Strategy . Awareness and understanding of the Group\'s business strategy and model appropriate to the role Business . Awareness and understanding of the wider business, economic and market environment in which the Group operates Processes . Responsible for executing and supervising the vendor management, invoice payments, regulatory reporting and project implementation processes People & Talent .
