: : Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and any ad-hoc digital sales funnel for retail banking products using Adobe Analytics, Firebase and Google Analytics Ensure data accuracy in all digital sales reports Forecast sales conversion numbers and provide scenario planning for upcoming digital initiatives and campaigns Evaluate campaign and marketing channel performances, investigate factors of any peak and lull points, andtranslate numbers into data-driven insights with informed business recommendations Actively monitor anomaly for online sales journey by setting error hit rate threshold alert and correlates with visit trend line for each sales stage Foster a creative mindset to modify existing reports and automate reports Initiate use cases for personalization, A/B test, audience test using 1st party and 3rd party data, multivariate test and monitor the performances Check all campaign URL appended with campaign ID tracker in Adobe Analytics to ensure links are trackable prior to launch Perform related duties as assigned or requested Design effective visualizations using dashboard, data bars and charts Automate data extraction, data wrangling and data mapping using advanced Excel formulas, Excel Macro or Excel VBA Job Requirements: Degree in any discipline At least 3 years of experience in digital performance marketing with experience in web analytics tool Essential experience in Excel formulas An analytical thinker who is able to derive insights from data Self-motivated, self-directed, and attentive to detail Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Experience with Excel Macro/VBA, SQL, SPSS, SAS, Python or Tableau is a plus
