Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Develop, lead, and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies aligned with company goals and growth targets.
Identify marketplace trends, competitive insights, and new business opportunities to strengthen GLAMPICK's digital presence.
Team & Operations Management
Lead and manage the entire e-commerce operations team, including storefront management, order fulfilment, customer service, and design/development.
Establish clear KPIs, workflows, and operational standards to ensure strong performance and efficiency.
Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture.
Performance & Data Optimization
Oversee analytics, reporting, and insights to optimize conversion, sales performance, and operational efficiency.
Drive continuous improvement through regular performance monitoring, testing, and process enhancement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, sales, supply chain, and product teams to deliver seamless and effective e-commerce strategies.
Communicate with regional brand partners to align on product launches, campaigns, and merchandising strategies.
Marketing & Growth
Oversee planning and execution of e-commerce marketing initiatives including email marketing, social media, digital advertising, and promotions.
Drive revenue growth through strategic merchandising, pricing, stock forecasting, and assortment optimization.
Website & Marketplace Excellence
Ensure all e-commerce platforms and marketplaces remain user-friendly, visually appealing, updated, and SEO-optimized.
Lead marketplace strategy across Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, Zalora, Tmall, and other relevant platforms.
Livestream, Affiliate & Group-Buy Management
Livestream:
Oversee the livestream manager and team to ensure sales targets, KPIs, and campaign plans are achieved. Ensure strategies, scripts, and product information are clearly communicated and executed effectively.
Affiliate:
Grow and manage the affiliate base across platforms, oversee commission structures, and drive affiliate-related revenue.
Group-Buy:
Lead the overall group-buy strategy including pricing, forecasting, profit analysis, and budget planning to maximise sales volume and margin.
Vendor & Budget Management
Manage relationships with e-commerce vendors, service providers, and agencies to ensure optimal support.
Oversee the e-commerce budget and ensure resources are allocated effectively and strategically.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or related fields.
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in the e-commerce industry, with proven managerial or leadership experience.
Strong hands-on experience managing online marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, Zalora, Tmall, etc.).
Deep understanding of online sales trends, marketplace mechanics, and e-commerce performance drivers.
Experience in livestream, affiliate, and/or group-buy programs is an added advantage.
Highly organized, fast learner, and detail oriented.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis for decision-making.
Able to work independently, multitask, and perform under tight deadlines.
Chinese language proficiency is preferred for communication with regional partners.
