Join us on this journey as we create real, transformative impact.We are seeking for highly experienced ESG & social impact specialists for our amazing team to provide solution-focused approaches to a wide range of Environmental, Social, Governance challenges.As Social Performance Professional, you will:Establish relationships with clients and be seen as a trusted advisor on ESG, Just Transition & Sustainability matters in the marketWork closely with clients and engagement teams to assist in adapting to a wide range of ESG FrameworksDevelop and implement corporate approaches, social performance management frameworks, strategies and stakeholder/rightsholder engagementHave the ability and expertise to be involved with the provision of expert technical support for the development of ESG and social related projects, including but not limited to workforce, supply chain engagement, community engagement and stakeholder/rightsholder engagementAssist in delivering training to build capability and capacityManaging or coordinating small or medium size projects or whole elements of larger multidisciplinary or global projectsManaging, coordinating and delivering multiple project tasks including proposal sections or global projectsAssisting in business development and pitching assignments to engage potential clientsJob Requirements:Minimum of 6-7 years of working experience in social and environmental roleA graduate degree in social sciences, environmental science, sociology, anthropology, natural-resource management and/or equivalentA strong passion for sustainability and ESG issuesHighly evolved analytical skills and good research skillsProject management, data management and visualization skillsHighly developed written and verbal communication skills, particularly when communicating on an engagement to a wide range of stakeholders from senior management to project managersExposure to preparing and delivering proposals and client managementAdded advantage of possessing knowledge of and experience with international sustainability and assurance guidelines and standards (IFC, ADB etc. and specific national legislation of the country of work (within APAC countries mainly)Progressive history of building successful relationships and working collaborativelyStrong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to work on multiple complex projects in diverse areasEducation (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified) Degrees/Field of Study required:Degrees/Field of Study preferred:Certifications (if blank, certifications not specified)Required SkillsOptional SkillsDesired Languages (If blank, desired languages not specified)Travel Requirements Not SpecifiedAvailable for Work Visa Sponsorship?
