• Manage all reporting including Group, Management, Statutory and Regulatory reporting within the timeline.
• Annual budget exercise and planning activities.
• Tax related matters including Compliance, Indirect Taxes and SST.
• Treasury related matters including cash flow management.

AIA Shared Services is seeking an outstanding individual to join our team as a Manager - Finance.Responsibilities:Reporting (30%)Ensure monthly management reports, statutory financial reports and Regulatory Reports are prepared timely and in accordance with applicable Financial Reporting Standards (FRS).Ensure timely submission of monthly and quarterly reporting to the Group.Review and ensure financial transactions recorded are in compliance with Group/Company accounting policies and procedures.To handle balance sheet reconciliation to ensure completeness and accuracy of documentation.Annual Budget Exercise (30%)Coordinate with Department Heads in the preparation, handling and controlling of the annual planning and budgeting activities.Prepare monthly management reportsPerform analysis, interpretation and reporting of forecast/budget/actual revenue and expenses (General Operating Expenses) for each cost centre.Responsible for development and monitoring of costs, including the budgeting, mapping, allocations and reporting processes.Any other duties as required or assigned.Tax (20%)Handle matters pertaining to tax filling and statutory annual audit including liaison with auditors, tax agents and IRB/Customs.Handle matters pertaining to direct and indirect tax, including withholding tax and SST.To provide assistance to Head of Finance in communicating tax related issues.Handle any ad-hoc financial related tasks and assignments as and when requested by management.Others (20%)To provide assistance to Head of Finance in communicating business issues.Handle any ad-hoc financial related tasks and assignments as and when requested by management.To supervise monthly cash flow and fixed deposits placementsRequirements:Proven experience in a finance management role within the Shared Services/Insurance industryStrong understanding of financial regulations and complianceOutstanding leadership and interpersonal skillsApply now and be part of our journey to help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.You must provide all requested information, including Personal Data, to be considered for this career opportunity.
