Provide input to develop and execute Saadiq business strategy.
Understand how changes in internal factors (such as changes in credit appetite/FTP, etc.) and external factors (e.g. regulatory changes, macro-economic factors) affect the business performance, shape and proactively manage the impact of changes to improve ROE.
Business
Perform deep dive and identify revenue opportunities
Develop and provide on-going performance measurement and strategic decision-making support for
the Management Team/senior leaders/ assigned country/group teams to ensure robust business plans.
Manage data and information support of key strategic business plans, cost efficiency targets and other key initiatives and ensure valuable insights into the drivers of business performance and costs.
Monitor and evaluate the performance, progress and implementation of these key business initiatives, highlight risks, opportunities and actions needed.
Provide a consolidated picture of the managed business budgets, drive budget accountability via use of balanced scorecards and review and challenge trends.
Produce timely management reporting, business performance statistics, and insightful analysis to facilitate business in monitoring performance & planning.

Continuously review assigned processes, systems and data, develop and drive improvements and
leverage all available applications to deliver quality MIS and business analytics.
