Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Transportation Management.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in freight logistics, preferably rail or port operations.
- Strong analytical, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in a start-up or transition-to-operations environment is an advantage.
- Manage daily freight operations including scheduling, loading, and terminal logistics.
- Coordinate with freight customers, port operators, and logistics partners to ensure smooth cargo
- handling.
- Monitor freight delivery performance and ensure adherence to safety and operational standards.
- Optimize capacity utilization, resource allocation, and cost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with APAD regulations, customs, and logistics procedures.
- Integrate safety and service compliance into all freight operations and staff performance.
