This role supports the GBS APAC to effectively deliver business strategy, identify and drive value creation initiatives, support employee engagement initiatives, identify control and compliance gaps and lead disruptive ideas in the journey to Intelligent Business Services. Main performance targets linked to the role
  • Productivity: 10% productivity YOY
  • Value Creation: $6M cost saving per year and impact on Free Cash Flow
  • Control and Compliance: Strong control environment through regular control and compliance meetings with data-driven insights on control & compliance environment
  • Improvement in employee engagement scores
  • Improvement in partnership survey

  • Create, maintain and monitor key control and compliance metrics to ensure operational risks are highlighted to operations leadership.
  • Identify areas of generating productivity through innovation and data insights.
  • Develop and implement a strategy for generating enterprise value in the areas of FCF and Working Capital through business analysis and data insights in conjunction with BU teams.
  • Collaborate and build trusting relationships with the key stakeholders to ensure the flow of ideas and information. Key stakeholders outside of GBS include Business Analysts/ Controllers.
  • Lead employee engagement related initiatives like Employee Value Proposition, Career Path, Capability Framework
  • Ensure Free Cash Flow and Working Capital project charters are in place with a list of initiatives aimed at FCF and Working Capital Targets
  • Lead the Value Creation mindset and knowledge across GBS connecting with the Global Programs, obtaining business support, and tracking progress
  • Support Business Partnership by developing a partnership plan with the Business Unit to identify key value creation opportunities
  • Lead and integrate efforts for the GBS APAC Optimization agenda in the journey on becoming an Intelligent Business Services
  • Lead deployment for GBS APAC iHUB
  • Lead Semi-Annual Partnership Survey (Customer satisfaction) and develop quality measures for all GBS operations.
  • Set up and lead Control and Compliance Committee from GBS APAC
Essential Requirements:
  • Business analytics: Experience with analysis of data, creating and measuring metrics, data insights.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, and other data tools
  • Experience with project management (preferably with Agile Methodology)
  • Strong understanding of KC business
  • Experience in managing migrations, process improvement projects, and data analytics
  • Strong interpersonal skills, management skills, influencing skills, and organizational/coordination skills with the ability to influence stakeholders towards a common goal.
  • Strong analytical skills and proven ability to use data to drive decision making
  • Good command of verbal and written English
  • Six Sigma certification is preferred.
