: Job Purpose *
The CIMB Payment Gateway (PWG) Business Analyst COE role is to help business stakeholders implement technology solutions in a cost-effective manner by defining project requirements and communicating them clearly to business stakeholders, technology stakeholders and business users. The Business Analyst will involve in CIMB new initiatives and projects that implement systems and applications changes as per BNM compliance or paynet requirement.
Key Responsibilities *

• Supporting and defining project initiation
• To identify, furnish, translate and review business case/scope to define business requirements
• Leading, facilitate, planning, clarification of requirements, product rationalization including workshops
• To collaborate with vendor to define business requirements details and prepare Payment System Business Requirement Document (BRD)
• To collaborate with vendor to translate BDR into Functional Requirement Specification
• To highlight/identify, propose and recommend potential business risks (internal and external), compliances and regulations and provide mitigation plan
• Develop UAT test cases and collaborative with business user
• Support UAT execution, review and sign off UAT result
• Conduct training to users

Job Specification *
This job requires a business analyst to act as SME for the regional projects and BAU projects for PWG
Qualifications
(Basic Degree/Diploma etc)
Master's or Bachelor Degree
Professional Qualification and/or Regulatory, Licensing requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience in IT

Relevant Work Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in payment business analyst

• Experience participating in requirements gathering session
