Open position: Manager, Healthcare Operations (Central Region)
A Healthcare Consulting Industry is currently hiring for Manager, Healthcare Operations to manage the Central Region department and be based in the Kuala Lumpur office.
Key responsibilities and requirements include:
- Good working experience within hospitals, manufacturing or service-based industry
- Head the operations of the hospital, looking at revenue and profit margins
- Ensure full optimization of resources without compromising services
- Strategies on operating plans for further opportunities growth
- Have a leadership role to mold the mindset, culture and behavior of the working personnel to instill high commitment, integrity and ownership
- Head effective customer relationship management and sustainable management of internal and external stakeholders
- Head implementation of procedures that comply to statutory and legislative requirements with SOP in place
- Strong leadership with the ability to engage with stakeholders across all levels
