Job Purpose Summary
To develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategy to drive growth for PFSi products. The position involves managing both online and offline initiatives, including digital campaigns, brand events, and channel engagement, to increase brand awareness, acquire new customers, and optimize product sales.
Key Responsibilities and AccountabilitiesIdentify growth opportunities and develop online and offline marketing initiatives/programs for potential segments to drive incremental deposit and asset financing growth for PFSi products.
Drive and manage onsite and offsite SEO with the purpose of increasing/optimizing organic contribution, i.e. promoting brand awareness, engaging new audiences, increasing visibility, and generating leads to the website.
Develop marketing programs to promote awareness, customer acquisition, activation, engagement, product holdings ratio, and retention, including the adoption of action-triggered remarketing campaigns to minimize outflow through cross-selling and upselling to support overall PFSi products.
Work with other products (Deposit/Financing/Wealth/Banca/Will Writing) and provide "product push" support in their respective growth or customer engagement initiatives.
Align marketing strategies with the senior manager/HOD in order to achieve qualitative and quantitative business goals.
Drive periodic and consistent sharing of analytics on effectiveness of all marketing activities, trend analysis and competitive benchmarking.
Work with strategic supports and external vendors/partners to execute key initiatives and ensure all campaign fulfillment services are in place.
Continuously identify key trends, development and new opportunities for PFSi to acquire new customers online and enhance customers' experience.
Analyze consumer behavior and modify advertising efforts as needed.
Lead, develop and execute marketing strategy and initiatives across all digital media channels from concept to launch.
Brand-related ground events, e.g. product launches, sponsorships and partnerships.
Online Brand guardian for all digital communication under PFSi.
Plan and be accountable for the marketing drive calendar and approved A&P budget, ensuring funds are used effectively.
Collaborate with Marcomm and other internal stakeholders, where relevant, on all product and campaign collaterals and messaging.
Procurement of premiums and campaign gift items.
Ensure all Marketing activities meet with the standards of legal, regulatory compliance and governance and to comply with all relevant guidelines, statutory acts and internal compliance policies.
Establish regular engagement with distribution channels (e.g. branches, business centres, and priority banking centres) nationwide to identify sales gaps, and then develop the appropriate toolkits and execute training to close the gaps.
Develop & manage all incentive programs.
Act as the distribution channel's primary point of contact for all inbound questions and for any other issues relating to a range of subjects, such as operations, processes, products, customer feedback/questions, etc.
