This role will oversee payroll administration, HR systems, and employee lifecycle processes, while driving continuous improvements that enhance employee experience and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee monthly payroll operations across Malaysia and regional markets, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness
Lead HR operations covering onboarding, off boarding, employee data management, and HR documentation
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements across multiple jurisdictions
Partner with Finance and external vendors on payroll reconciliations, audits, and reporting
Optimize HR systems and processes to improve efficiency and data accuracy
Act as a key point of contact for employees and leaders on HR operations and payroll-related matters
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline HR workflows and enhance employee experience
Ideal Candidate Profile
6-8 years of progressive HR operations and payroll experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
Must have regional exposure, ideally managing
Singapore or multiple APAC countries
Strong knowledge of payroll systems, HRIS, and labor law compliance
Proven ability to manage vendors, audits, and cross-functional stakeholders
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and people management skills

Pay: RM13,000.00 - RM139,900.00 per month
