Job description
In your new role you will:
- Ensure that operational excellence services and tasks are executed in a timely manner and meet the required quality standards.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting a global perspective, and ensuring that regional roles align closely with their global counterparts.
- Ensure that all operational and tactical actions are in line with the People Services hub strategy.
- Act as an ambassador for Infineon values and promote them within the team.
- Manage stakeholders within the People Services organization, both regionally and globally.
- Foster a culture of support and knowledge sharing among team members.
- Collaborate with HR leadership at the hub level to establish HR operational excellence goals and objectives that align with the overall HR and organizational strategy.
- Facilitate smooth transitions during task transfers and maintain employee engagement throughout the change journey.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration/ Economics/ Social Sciences/ IT or related field of studies
- Proficiency in HR standard processes, tools, and systems
- Strong communication and leadership skills
