We organise over 500 large-scale branded and transaction-oriented events in 14 specialist markets. These are typically not-to-be-missed annual events where buyers and sellers build relationships, see and show products and do business.We also provide year-round online platforms where companies showcase their businesses and products and buyers conduct research, generating valuable leads, and we provide data and digital content that supports the flow of knowledge and transactions in markets.The incumbent will partner with the Regional HR Director and local country management team in achieving the overall business goals and priorities. This will be done by delivering programs in all areas of human resources including recruitment, performance and talent development, organizational design, rewards & compensation, and employee engagement.This role will report directly to the Regional HR Director (ASEAN). The incumbent will have a HR & Admin Executive as well as an Office Manager reporting into this role. Payroll, contracts generation, data / system maintenance and letter generation are managed separately by the HR Operations team. The workforce is around 90 employees currently with mainly local teams and a few pockets of regional teams based in Malaysia office.The incumbent should be a proactive communicator and change agent, who can successfully balance employee needs with business objectives to create integrated solutions.PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
