The Role The Senior Manager HRBP is responsible for supporting and driving a full spectrum of regional HR operations to ensure smooth and seamless linkage with local business and Group to support business growth. Core Responsibilities: Full HR spectrum management including recruitment, compensation/benefits management, development of policies, employee remuneration package and other aspects To plan, develop and implement appropriate HR policies, strategies and processes to ensure that they are effective and aligned to organization goals and growth Involved in the manpower budgeting/forecast and recruitment process and assisting local business in the talent acquisition of right talents. Perform as key advisor to liaise with local business, Regional or Group HR and ensure that company HR practices, guidelines and workflows are in compliance with local legislative regulations and market practices Provide advice on employee relations issues in ways that foster a cohesive and collaborative workplace Work with local business or Regional HR to ensure employee\'s individual and team\'s development plan are aligned to business objective and strategy with the basis for growth Support job grading, salary banding, and annual performance evaluation to local Operations or support functions and subsidiaries (if any). Any special/strategic/confidential projects as and when required Defines goals and key performance indicators for each member of the team and ensures effective implementation of the GMG\'s HR strategies & initiatives supporting the company objectives Develops talent within the team by providing guidance, mentoring and coaching to achieve the defined goals Drives a culture of feedback and coaching in the Business Unit/ Department by providing feedback on an ongoing basis, identifying development needs and coaching the employees on the areas of improvement Requirements: Master\'s or Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources At least 10 years professional Human Resources experience including prior leadership/management roles Proven ability to lead change and build a performance culture Go where the problems are, ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization, particularly leadership development and coaching. Always move forward, individuals who are resilient, with strong bias for action, a keen sense of urgency and the ability to drive impactful results Strong business sense and acumen. Strong written/verbal communication skills and understanding of executive conciseness
