POLICIES & PROCESS MANAGEMENT

  • Policy revision/update (liaise with Legal and Regional Policy Team)
  • Process revision/update (liaise with HRBP/HR Topic Management)
  • MBSM/One Hub Service Agreement renewal (liaise with Regional/Legal Entity Management HRM + HRBP MBSM)
HR COMPLIANCE

\xc2\xb7 HR Compliance Master Plan (User Access Right, Data Deletion,

\xc2\xb7 Sub-Certification form \xe2\x80\x93 quarterly (liaise with Compliance Manager)

\xc2\xb7 Internal Control System (ICS) \xe2\x80\x93 annually (liaise with Compliance Manager)

\xc2\xb7 Information Classification A22

Specific Knowledge & Skills
  • Master\'s Degree or Degree preferably in HR Management/Business Administration
  • At least 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in HR Operations/generalist with min 3 years at a supervisory level, preferably with exposure in multinational companies.
  • Preferably with hands-on experience in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll and HR Information Systems.
  • Good knowledge of Malaysian employment laws, prevailing HR practices and the Malaysian job market.
  • Independent, tactful, with high levels of initiative and integrity.
  • Proactive, organized, resourceful and meticulous in work.
  • Strong people skills and able to interact with people at all levels.
  • Good problem solving skills and resourceful.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office Applications \xe2\x80\x93 MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel.
  • Good written and spoken skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
