Position: Assistant Manager - Human Capital and Talent
Pay: RM7K -10K
Work Location: Pusat Perdagangan One Puchong, Off Jalan Puchong, Puchong, 47160 Puchong, Selangor
Work Time: 9am - 5.30pm ( flexi working hours which will be discussed during the interview
Responsibilities
\xc2\xb7 Evaluating and updating job descriptions.
\xc2\xb7 Answering all human resources queries posed by management and employees.
\xc2\xb7 To be in-charge for recruitment, selection, and interview evaluation procedures by conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within stipulated schedule.
\xc2\xb7 Provide well documented & analytical recruiting reports and updating of candidate database
\xc2\xb7 To promote Company\'s reputation and act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
\xc2\xb7 Coordinate and perform end-to-end recruitment process cycle for all levels including onboarding.
\xc2\xb7 Involved with the appointment process for potential employees.
\xc2\xb7 Monitoring recruitment metrics such as retention rates and staff turnover.
\xc2\xb7 Discussing terms and conditions of employment and benefits with staff members.
\xc2\xb7 Using HR software to input and compile data on employees and updating the records regularly.
\xc2\xb7 Updating HR policies in line with current legislation and informing staff about changes.
\xc2\xb7 Aligning company vision/mission to staff
\xc2\xb7 Creating and managing events & learnings and etc.
Requirements
\xc2\xb7 Minimum Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, business administration, or a related field such as labour relations.
\xc2\xb7 A minimum of 5 years\' proven work experience in Human Resources.
\xc2\xb7 Possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with people at different levels, including senior staff members.
\xc2\xb7 Proven leadership ability and have excellent organizational and administrative skills.
\xc2\xb7 Working knowledge of HR systems and software.
\xc2\xb7 The ability to research, analyze, and make logical decisions within a given timeframe.
\xc2\xb7 Updated knowledge of recruitment strategies and employment legislation.
\xc2\xb7 Excellent writing ability to present clear and equitable company policies.
